Under the Public Access laws and the
Freedom of Information Act, any data that
is not exempted by State Law must be made
available upon request. We are further
required to charge the actual cost of
preparing this data. To this end, we have
established standard pricing and
procedures to supply commonly requested
data. Other data may be obtained but
usually at a considerably higher cost.
Data is available on CD, DVD, paper or
self-adhesive labels. The data that is
provided on CD is raw data. It is
provided in Fixed Length ASCII format.
