The Bulletin Board
Service (BBS) provides a smarter method of downloading extract
files for some of our most requested public
information. The BBS is available 7 days a
week, 24 hours per day, with technical support
from 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
excluding legal holidays.
There is no
contract.
Through our Web, you can easily and quickly get the
information you need.
Charges
are applied by deducting credits from you
account. You purchase credits in advance at
the price of .50 cents each. The cost per file
is 5 credits ($2.50) unless otherwise stated.
Credits are posted to your account upon
receipt of payment and are deducted from your
account upon the successful download of a
file.
Please
be advised the only forms of payment we accept
are VISA, MASTERCARD, CHECK or MONEY ORDER.
We
request a minimum payment amount of $25.00.
When sending a check or Money Order, please
put your USER ID in the memo area so we will
know how to correctly apply the payment. If
you are mailing payment, allow 2 weeks
for transit and posting.
