The On-line Inquiry service will allow you to look at various records in the Miami-Dade County database.  This is a contract dial-up service.  The only requirements for this system are a modem (14.4KBS minimum) and Windows 95 or above.    

There is a one (1) time $125 set-up fee and a $52 minimum access charge.   The minimum fee includes 208 minutes of communication.  Additional minutes are billed at .25 per minute.
